Terms
Terms for using this site.
These cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate engagement agreement that we both sign.
Who we are
Unscathed is operated by Thomas Sprayberry, a sole proprietor based in Georgia, USA. You can reach us at hello@unscathed.id.
General information, not advice
This site describes how we work. It is general information, not advice about your situation, and reading it or sending an inquiry does not make you a client. A client relationship begins only when an engagement agreement is signed.
What we are not
- We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Where a matter is legal, we work with the attorney you choose.
- We are not a credit repair service. We do not offer to improve anyone's credit record, credit history, or credit rating. Placing a credit freeze or a fraud alert, or filing a dispute with a credit bureau, is something you do yourself, at no charge.
- We are not a forensics firm. We do not examine systems or devices or determine how an incident occurred.
- We are not a private investigator. We do not investigate or identify individuals, locate people, or conduct surveillance.
- We are not an insurer and do not reimburse losses.
- We are not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788.
No promise of outcomes
Account providers, platforms, registrars, search engines, and government offices make their own decisions. We cannot promise that an account will be returned, that a piece of content will be removed, or how long either will take. No service can prevent every account takeover or case of identity theft.
Sending an inquiry
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases, card numbers, Social Security numbers, or intimate images through this site or by email. How we handle an inquiry is described on the privacy page.
Using the site
Please do not try to disrupt the site, send automated messages, or use it to submit information about another person without a legitimate reason.
Names and marks
Company and product names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe the work. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Work for clients is covered by the engagement agreement, not by this section.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute about this site is to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law of the place you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
